Bruce Covington MBA; CSSBB is the founder of BJ CAAS Advisors and currently serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Bruce has over 15 years of leadership and manufacturing experience.Bruce is a high-energy individual who is committed to providing unparalleled operational performance, maintaining long term customer relations, and elevating the reputations of his employers and clients.


He has contributed to his expertise by developing, implementing, and optimizing best practices that systematically eliminated waste and defects.He has led several stake holders on Kaizen events in a manufacturing and operational environment. As a result, Bruce is credited with leading global initiatives that have saved employers millions of dollars.


Not only has his efforts helped corporations avoid unnecessary expenses, but he also effectively fostered positive change, emphasized team work, and enhanced quality. In addition to his professional career, Bruce participates in a wide range of community activities, including the Make A Wish Foundation, UNCF, American Cancer Society, MOTTEP, and St.Judes Sunday of Hope.


He also is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.  ​As an alumnus of the University of Phoenix, Bruce holds a BS in Management, and also a Masters of Business Administration. Bruce also holds certifications as a lead auditor for IATF 16949. He is also a

certified Six Sigma Black Belt.  


Bruce also has completed studies at Wayne State University in Manufacturing Engineering technology.  He is a lifelong learner who continually stays abreast of current industry trends through the completion of multiple training courses, seminars, and self study.

Dana Jefferson

Dana Jefferson currently serves as the company's Chief Operations Officer. Dana has over 16 years of leadership and manufacturing experience. He is a Supply Chain professional. Dana is passionate about helping clients boost profitability by saving time and money. He improves customer-service levels. He increases capacity, and reduces risk in warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations.


During his career, he has worked for GM, FCA, and several other Tier 1 automotive suppliers.

Dana has also worked as a Consultant providing Supply Chain/Warehousing solutions for several different clients. He has been responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities. Dana develops and maintains departmental work instructions. He establishes or updates work procedures to meet warehousing demands.


In addition to his professional career, Dana has been an active participant at Crossroads of Michigan. He volunteers by serving food. He has also been involved in several fundraisers for

St.Jude Hospital. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.


As an alumnus of Western Michigan University, Dana holds a BBA in Management Info.
